Your notes and progress

The web practice saves notes, completed lessons, and preferences in local storage in your browser. We do not receive that content. There is no sign-in, advertising, or analytics script on this site.

Browser storage is specific to your browser and this website address. Notes from the older godel.in app do not transfer automatically. You can export them from that app. Clearing browser storage can remove notes, and private browsing may not retain them.

Exporting and deleting

Open the app menu to view and export your notes or erase data on this device. Because we do not receive your notes, we cannot recover them for you.

Speech

Spoken lessons use your browser’s speech synthesis. Depending on the selected voice, your operating system or browser may use an online speech service. Its provider’s privacy terms apply. You can turn the voice off and read instead.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts and secures this site. It processes connection information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Fonts, scripts and course text are served from this site.

Calendar reminders

The browser app can download a calendar reminder file. It is only added to a calendar when you choose to import it; your calendar provider’s policies then apply.

The iPhone app

The renamed iPhone app is in preparation. Its release will include policies describing its storage, purchases, and reminders. This page describes the web experience currently offered here.
